Sad

Well, the last fish fry wasn't a great one, nor was the week that followed. Lloyd, the Husband of the Pie Maker, fell and wasn't found immediately. He had been talking with the Funeral Home guy and had gone over to the Florist to look for his wife. (She had come back to the church from the florist and was cutting pies) Anyway, he was revived and taken to the ER. He was in for one week before he died. Lloyd was 83 years young, a WW11 Marine Vet (Guam & Iwo Jima), a Mason, drove a truck for Ashland Oil for 40 years, a church member for 39 years, a prankster, and had a great infectious laugh and smile.
As you can tell, Lloyd touched a lot of lives and will greatly be missed.

Speaking of Old People... met with an Elder Lawyer. For anyone with parents...Set up an appointment for them to GO see an Elder Lawyer. Better yet... GO with them!!

Sure am glad to have a copier here with extra ink! Been a copying fool today! Just have to find an envelope big enough to send all this stuff to the lawyer! I think I do have stamps, but might want to overnight it!

Looks like another trip to Indiana in my future.

I'm so sorry to hear about his passing...That is really sad how it happened too.

Thinking of you lots lately. If you need someone to talk to on your drive to IN, give me a call!
