Dad's Day

Hope everyone was able to see their Dad, or called the Dad of the day.

The Old Man received loads of toys (aka outside power lawn tools). Of course we forgot to give him one real toy and one power tool will have to be exchanged. All in all it was a fun filled day. The Little Dog will be here at Camp.

It is getting easy to get The Old man started on researching odd things. Examples: an electric lawnmower, wireless deer fence and "Cash for clunkers," just to name a few. By the way... the only vehicle that would qualify for "cash for clunkers" is the newest car in the fleet. Nope, not the one with 305,000 miles, nor the van that really only gets 9 miles per gallon, or the red car that gets 12.6 miles per gallon. According to the website, these vehicles are suppose to get better gas mileage. The Old man is at least looking into the cost of new (really new!!) cars. His search was for 4 door sedans (no particular brands, car sizes or engines).

The wireless deer fence arrived yesterday and The Old Man installed it. Hope it works, as the corn should start to make ears this week.
