Committee meeting tonight included election of officers. When asked "who wants the job of Chair?" I thought everyone was going to run for the door!! So... well you know.. I waited a full five seconds and took the job. I figure I have been doing the Chair job for the last few years, why not get the title too!
Now all I need is a gavel (aka a sledge hammer) and hard hat and I am ready!

I vote for the sledge hammer! And you deserve the title. You should have them call you "Madam Speaker". Now you can institute the "don't interrupt" people rule! CONGRATS!!!!
