The Old Man was asked to go to The Race by the future father-in-law. I packed his overnight bag, munchies, sandwich makings and printed a map. The Old Man packed his beer. Off he went friday evening.
On Sunday, I went to church. There was a SHORT meeting after the service. I got home in time for the Indiana song and parade lap!
Daughter #3 was kind to pick up her dog after lap #3, and The Old Man called to let me know where he was sitting.
I had a great seat, nice controlled temperature, no waiting in line for the restroom or concession stand and didn't need ear plugs. It was a great time!!
