Be Afraid

The wedding shower went well. A bit warmer and clearer skies would have made it better.

The boys didn't get to go to Pole Day. Instead, they worked on the Red car, aka La Stat. For those that do not know the history of this car, let me tell you. First it was a company car in California. Then sold to Grandpa, then sold to The Old Man. It was the main car for Daughter #2 for years. The engine went south, and a white car was purchased to replace the red car. After a couple of weeks, the white car was totaled, towed home and stripped. The parts were put on the red car and it was painted. After a few years, it was past down to Daughter #3. Now some parts of the car have over 200,000 miles and other parts have around 300,000 miles.

So to the grand kids: Be very afraid! If The Old Man has it his way, you will be learning to drive using this car!!
