New Project

When I arrived home from church, the Old Man said he wanted to cut out part of a wall. The wall is between a hallway and the dining room. Opening up this area would be a good thing.
I suggested ( for the second or third time now... yes, I have asked!) that we put up the cornice boards before starting on a new project. I went up and moved a dresser and two chairs to get ready for the ladders.
The rest of the afternoon he sat and watched football games. Maybe I should have brought in the power tools??
