New Year

Has everyone made goals for the New Year? Yes, I have been working on my goals for the New Yaer. First, is to be more patient. Secondly, is to be more diplomatic. In my case, the two seem to go together when I am around certain people.
Perhaps I am becoming an old biddy or just vocalizing what everyone else is thinking (but can't find a nice way of saying?!).
So, if you have some ideas, just short of carrying duct tape around, please let me know.
