Bail Bondsman on retainer?

So can someone put a bail bondsman on their Christmas list? Can someone keep a bail bondsman on retainer, like keeping an attorney on retainer?
I find it interesting that a student of a highly rated university, and being in his senoir year, would make the fact known that he had been arrested four times. Good luck with the employment background/crimminal search.
I understand his name in print in a student university newspaper, but making an unfavorable mark in a large tri-county newspaper is not what any parent would want to see.
Now the subject of the above is not directly in my family, and I wish I could say I don't know this moron.
